On Her Grown Woman!

She’s free!

Class- & Trash-approved white queen, Jojo, has won her case and freed herself from the clutches Gladys Knight’s ex-husband and his awful label.  This is a man who:

A) Almost let Wheelchair Jimmy produce an Aaliyah-biopic;

B) Who kept Jojo from promoting flawless body rolling anthem, Demonstrate; and,

C) Planned to release old vocals without the involvement of Missy’s tracksuits and Timbaland’s Weeble-shaped body.

He can NOT be trusted.
We here at Class & Trash have loved Jojo since she was a precocious tot telling her middle school boo-thing to leave the lunch table.  But as an adult, Jojo’s sickening lower register, incredible control, and body party jams are even more appealing.

Since we’re celebrating The Emancipation of Jojo today, I thought I would share some of our favorite Jojo songs and performances.

Leave (Get Out)

Too Little, Too Late

What’s My Name

Marvin’s Room

In The Dark

Also, Trash has a sentimental favorite in “Get It Poppin'” that I’m including because it’s a bop.

Don’t like it?  Stay mad.

We can’t wait to hear what she has in store!  Let us know in the comments section below or on Twitter @ClassNTrashShow what your favorite Jojo songs are.
